Dear Liz, Kol ha Kavod on your piece about welcoming babies on Jewels of Elul. I had one baby in the hospital "natural childbirth" 40 years ago, and the other at home with midwives 33 years ago. I am surprised to hear that they still whisk babies away from their moms, as they did with my first son. It is a sadness I still have. Blessed are you for this good work. Rabbi Me'irah Iliinsky
