turning a breech baby

Hi Everyone,

It seems to me that there are more and more pregnant mamas whose babies are in the breech position, even as late as 37 weeks.  It also seems to me that more and more doctors are not even allowing these women to attempt a vaginal birth!  What is going on here?  Before the invention of the ultrasound, many many women were birthing breech babies simply because nobody knew the babies were breech to begin with.
